Edward Lau is registered fellow CPA (Practising) from Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant, CFA charter holder from CFA Institute, FRM charter holder from Global Association of Risk Professionals, member of HKICPA Taxation Faculty, member of international association of restructuring, insolvency & bankruptcy, member of The Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts, member of The Hong Kong Business Accountant Association.
Mr. Lau obtained BBA Hons Accountancy degree and worked in one of the top 4 international professional accountancy firm after graduation. He obtained his CPA practicing experience there. Mr. Lau also joined the business finance department in a top UK bank and finance team in a top UK investment bank to monitor complex and structural investment products.

Shyy Yuan is registered CA in Singapore (Practising). He resides in Singapore and station in Singapore office.
Shyy Yuan is previously senior manager in one of the top 4 international professional accountancy firm after graduation and obtained his CPA membership experience
He has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of accounting and financial audit in Singapore. He has been involved in diverse aspects of the accounting industry throughout his professional career, notably in industries such as retail, manufacturing, education, food and beverage, closed-fund, pharmaceutical, property development, e-commerce, manufacturing, water treatment plant, and etc. His clients comprised Singapore-based and China-based listed companies, multi-national companies, and privately held entities.
David Fenn

David Fenn is a practicing Hong Kong Solicitor with over 10 years of experience since entering into the legal profession. Mr. Fenn had worked at established law firms including JSM, King & Wood, and Woo, Kwan, Lee & Lo, etc. Mr. Fenn’s main areas of practice include commercial law, intellectual property, finance and dispute resolution.
Mr. Fenn graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Laws degree, and from University College London, UK, with a Masters of Laws degree. Mr. Fenn was qualified as a Hong Kong Solicitor.
Outside of practice, Mr. Fenn serves on a number of governmental bodies, including :-
